What Mrs. Lewis brings to St. Margaret's, besides a love of literature and the ability to derive more meanings from a poem than even the poet knew existed, is a sense of the history and mission of St. Margaret's School. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Hannah Mallory Perkins '40, long-time English teacher Mrs. Lewis pursued a career in education, teaching first at Richmond's Collegiate School. Mrs. Lewis is a shining example of what our girls can accomplish.

She lives off campus with her husband.
