Ms. Vaughan a graduate of St. Margaret's School class of 1999, retuned to SMS in 2008. A native of Tappahannock she has worked in the area with Bank of Essex.

As Annual Fund Coordinator, Chesley is responsible for the management and oversight of the St. Margaret’s Annual Fund. Chesley also works closely with Alumnae Relations. She lives on campus with her dog Teddy and her cat Henry.
