McCuan House

A new, 24-student residence will transform residential life by allowing St. Margaret’s to offer living environments that mirror the intimate scale of the academic program.

McCuan House, named to honor lead donors Patrick and Jill McCuan (Megan ’04), also will help the school remain competitive for the best students and faculty. In addition to six student suites with attached baths, it features two 2-bedroom faculty apartments and a 3-bedroom, 2-story faculty townhouse. A great room, family room and study enhance the homelike setting and foster student-faculty interaction.

Groundbreaking for McCuan House took place Fall Family Weekend 2004, and plans call for the new dorm to open for the 2005-2006 academic year.

You can be part of this exciting initiative. Capital and naming opportunities are available, along with the need to build endowment to ensure McCuan House’s continued maintenance. To learn more, contact Margaret Broad at (804) 443-3357 mbroad@sms.org
